On Friday the 20th of February, Sydni was taken to Groote Schuur Hospital where doctors discovered a tumor on her brain. She has undergone an operation and is currently in ICU. We ask that you keep her and her family in your prayers.
Today we made buttermilk scones in food skills. We learned a new technique of "cutting" the wet and dry ingredients together, instead of stirring. Loads of fun was had by everyone while working in their groups. We have been learning about different farms and discovered that milk, buttermilk and cheese are all made at a dairy. A very special delivery of coffee and scones was made to the School Leadership Team. Thank you to the SNU for making such yummy scones for tea!
Robyn sends all her love from a cold, snowy Chapel Hill.
